Coordination and Communication
Responsible for EXIM – Imports & Exports Documentation, KYC for custom clearance for all shipments done for Neptunus customers
Coordinate with Neptunus Warehouse for any goods arrivals and dispatch by ensuring error free packing lists; documentation and with SEZ officials for proper custom clearance for goods moved through SEZ.
Coordinate with Freight Forwarders, CHA, Transporters for Freight and Transport Negotiations
Overseeing Fumigation of material; and container stuffing for LCL and FCL shipments remotely
Commercial Invoicing and Documentation
Preparing CIPL and Bank Letters with all required updates such as assessment value; duty and freight costs etc (export invoicing, packing list, bank letters etc.)
Preparing Invoices for Clearance from Excise & Customs Authorities.
Movement of goods from Neptunus Warehouse to Neptunus Free Trade Zone
Cross-checking Shipping Documents and details(such as consignee details; notify parties,



addresses; Port of Loading/dispatch etc) from principals and Freight Forwarders of customers
Reviewing LC Terms and Conditions for all LC Shipments and preparation of LC documents for Bank Purposes
Getting GR Export Waiver for Export of goods
Adhering to Incoterms 2020 Guidelines for shipping and logistics
Administrative and Legal Compliances
Arranging Insurance policies and certificates for export shipment based on shipment value
Booking cost-effective freight options for movement of goods under Neptunus’ Scope
Keeping abreast with RBI regulations for export of material and goods
Updating HSN Codes in all Commercial Invoices
Maintain MIS by furnishing and storage of shipping documents of all shipments as proof of delivery for easy tracking for Neptunus Finance and Accounts Team
