Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain business rules and event-driven applications using TIBCO BusinessEvents (BE).
Lead development activities and provide technical guidance to the team.
Develop and configure Event Processing, Rule Functions, Entities, Events, and Concepts.
Integrate TIBCO BE with enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs, JMS, and messaging systems.
Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.
Coordinate with business, architecture, and integration teams for requirement and solution design.
Mandatory Skills:
Strong hands-on experience in TIBCO BusinessEvents (BE).
Good knowledge of Java, XML, XPATH/XSLT.
Experience with JMS, REST/SOAP, and API integrations.
Robust debugging, troubleshooting, and technical leadership skills.
Experience in event-driven architecture and business rule management.
