About The Prospect
Proxsoft Global is looking for a smart, ambitious and high-potential MBA candidate to join our Business Development team.
This is not a traditional internship focused on shadowing or administrative tasks. You will work closely with senior leadership and get hands-on exposure to business development, international sales, client relationships and growth strategy.
You will be involved in working with US-based clients and prospects, understanding business requirements, developing opportunities and contributing directly to the company's growth.
We are looking for candidates who are intelligent, capable, commercially minded and proactive — people who can think independently, communicate confidently and take ownership.
Candidates from leading B-schools such as IIMs,



NMIMS and other reputed universities/institutions are encouraged to apply.

What You'll Work On
Work directly with leadership on business development strategy and pipeline growth.
Research and identify potential US-based clients and business opportunities.
Support lead generation, prospecting and outbound business development.
Communicate with prospective and existing clients through emails, calls and virtual meetings.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Assist in developing proposals, presentations, outreach strategies and deal narratives.
Understand client requirements and work with internal teams to identify relevant solutions.
Track opportunities, follow-ups and activities across the sales pipeline.
Conduct market and competitor research to identify potential opportunities.
Support sales conversations and help move qualified opportunities through the pipeline.
