Job Description – HR Trainer / Tutor (Oman HRM, GCC Practices & Malayalam)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Trainer/Tutor to deliver practical, industry-oriented training on Oman HRM, GCC HR practices, and Malayalam-language HR training. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Oman Labour Law, Visa & Immigration Processing, Recruitment, Payroll, Wage Protection System (WPS), Emiratisation, HR Operations, Mock Interviews, and GCC Job Search Methods, enabling learners to build industry-ready HR skills.

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver training on Oman HRM, Labour Law, and HR compliance.
* Train students on visa processing, immigration procedures, employment contracts, leave policies, and end-of-service perks.
* Conduct sessions on recruitment, onboarding, HR documentation, payroll, WPS, and HRMS.
* Facilitate mock interviews, CV preparation, LinkedIn optimization, and GCC job search strategies.
* Deliver HR training and tutoring in Malayalam to improve learner understanding and engagement.




* Explain complex Oman and GCC HR concepts in Malayalam wherever required.
* Develop training materials, assessments, practical case studies, and interactive learning activities.
* Mentor students and provide guidance on GCC HR career opportunities and job-search strategies.
* Stay updated with Oman Labour Law, GCC HR practices, and relevant employment regulations.

Qualifications & Experience

* Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Minimum 1 year of HR Training experience, preferably in Oman or the GCC.
* Strong practical knowledge of Oman HRM and GCC HR practices.
* Fluency in Malayalam, with the ability to deliver HR training effectively in Malayalam.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
* HR certifications such as SHRM, CIPD, HRCI, etc. are an added advantage.
