Role Description The Construction Supervisor at Avodha is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi, responsible for overseeing day-to-day construction activities and ensuring that projects are executed safely, on schedule, and in line with quality standards. This role includes managing site operations, coordinating with contractors and workers,



and monitoring progress against project plans. The Construction Supervisor will perform regular inspections, ensure compliance with construction safety regulations, and address any on-site issues promptly. The role also involves maintaining transparent communication with project stakeholders, preparing concise reports, and supporting continuous improvement in construction processes.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills and demonstrated experience in Site Supervision.
Candidates should possess clear and effective Communication skills for coordinating with teams and stakeholders.
Candidates should possess practical expertise in Inspection and quality control of construction work.
Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Construction Safety standards and practices.
