Social Media Manager

Triloke is looking for a Social Media Manager who understands that social media is more than posting pretty things and hoping the algorithm is in a good mood.
We’re looking for someone who lives and breathes Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and digital culture — someone who understands content, creators, trends, communities and what makes people stop scrolling.

What You’ll Do
Own social media calendars across multiple brands
Plan, schedule and manage content across platforms
Work with writers, designers and video editors to turn ideas into outstanding content
Write strong briefs for reels, posts, carousels and stories
Track reach, engagement, audience growth and content performance
Use analytics to improve content strategy
Understand what worked, what bombed and why

Who We’re Looking For
You should:
Have 1–2 years of hands-on social media experience




Have an excellent command of English, Hindi and Hinglish
Understand Instagram and YouTube particularly well
Know the difference between content strategy and a content calendar
Understand creators, influencers and collaborations
Be culturally aware, curious and chronically online — professionally, of course
