We are hiring a Senior SAP CRM Technical Consultant (8-10+ yrs) with deep hands-on expertise purely in SAP CRM Technical development, CRM Web UI Component Workbench, GenIL/BOL architecture, and CRM Middleware integrations.

Domain Context: Pure Technical SAP CRM Architecture, UI Component Workbench Customization, Generic Interaction Layer (GenIL) & Business Object Layer (BOL) Engineering, CRM Middleware Data Synchronization (BDoc Processing), Cross-System S/4HANA & ECC Integrations

? Key Responsibilities:
• CRM Web UI Customization: Design, build, and enhance WebClient UI components, views, context nodes, viewsets, and navigation links using BSP WD Component Workbench.
• BOL / GenIL Engineering: Develop and customize BOL entities, access classes,



GenIL model definitions, custom root objects, and query services.
• One Order Framework & Logic: Implement complex business logic, extensions, and standard/custom enhancement spots using the One Order API framework.
• CRM Middleware & Data Sync: Configure, monitor, and debug CRM Middleware pipelines, replication objects, and BDoc messaging (mBDoc/sBDoc) between SAP CRM and SAP ECC/S/4HANA.
• API & Interface Engineering: Develop, test, and maintain custom RFCs, BAPIs, REST/SOAP web services, and integrations for external portal systems.
• Technical Debugging & RCA: Perform deep technical debugging, root-cause analysis (RCA) on complex issues, optimize GenIL query performance, and enforce system standards.
