Role Purpose
DAZN is looking for an experienced Head of Group Network Operations to lead our global Network Operations function based out of our Hyderabad Technology Hub. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring the reliability, resilience, and operational excellence of DAZN's global network infrastructure supporting live sports broadcasting, OTT streaming platforms, cloud services, and enterprise connectivity.
You will own the operational strategy for a 24x7 Network Operations Centre (NOC), driving service availability, incident response, automation, observability, and operational maturity across a highly distributed global setting. Working closely with Engineering, Broadcast, Platform, Infrastructure, Cloud, Security, and Product teams, you will ensure seamless delivery of mission-critical network services supporting millions of sports fans worldwide.

Key Responsibilities




Network Operations Leadership
Lead DAZN's global Network Operations organisation responsible for 24x7 monitoring and operational support.
Own the operational health, availability and reliability of the global network estate spanning broadcast, streaming, enterprise and cloud connectivity.
Define the long-term operational strategy, organisational structure and roadmap for the Network Operations function.
Build scalable operational capabilities supporting DAZN's continued global growth.
Incident & Service Management
Own Major Incident Management for all critical network outages impacting broadcast, streaming and enterprise services.
Lead rapid service restoration through structured incident management and executive communications.
Drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Problem Management and continuous service improvement initiatives.
Establish best-in-class operational governance, SLAs, OLAs, escalation models
