About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive business growth, develop new client relationships, and expand our market presence.
This is a client-facing B2B sales role involving lead generation, presentations, client meetings, negotiations, deal closures, and post-sales relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
? Lead Generation & Client Engagement
Identify and qualify potential B2B clients through inbound and outbound channels.
Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations.
Visit client locations to understand requirements, present solutions, and build strong relationships.
Identify recent markets and business development opportunities.
? Prospect Follow-ups




Maintain consistent communication with prospective clients through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and meetings.
Schedule and manage follow-ups effectively.
Move qualified opportunities through the sales pipeline toward closure.
Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in the CRM.
? Negotiation & Deal Structuring
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Prepare and present commercial proposals.
Negotiate pricing and commercial terms.
Coordinate with internal teams for customized client requirements.
? Sales & Deal Closure
Take ownership of opportunities from initial discussion to final closure.
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate contracts, documentation, payments, and client onboarding.
Maintain a healthy and active sales pipeline.

Maintain relationships with clients after the sale.
