Job Summary:
We are looking for a driven and strategic professional to lead our diagnostic network expansion across India. This role involves identifying and onboarding the right partner laboratories and hospitals for health check-ups and diagnostic services.



The individual will be responsible for negotiating competitive pricing, managing end-to-end internal processes, and ensuring timely execution of agreements. Key responsibilities include partner relationship management, onboarding, commercial negotiations, revenue and P&L; ownership, and quick decision-making. The role also involves monitoring performance metrics, leading weekly governance calls to identify areas for mutual improvement, and driving utilization through creative strategies.

How you will make an impact:
Responsible for identifying the right partner Labs, and Hospitals for the fulfillment of diagnostic services and health check-ups across India & negotiating for competitive pricing, getting ready with all the internal steps.
Partner relationship management, Onboarding, Negotiation, Revenue distribution, P&L; management, quick decision-making.
