Green Rock Innovations is a climate tech construction materials group reengineering the raw material layer of Indian construction. We recycle decades-old, weathered rock into certified, low-carbon construction material, and we are building the technology infrastructure that will define how that material moves at a national scale.

WHY THIS ROLE EXISTS
A cool institutional brand is being built from scratch. Right now, our tech engineering and operations are moving at lightning speed, but our visual identity and community story are a completely blank canvas.

We don’t need an agency manager or a social media coordinator who drops templates into a scheduling app. We need one exceptional creative operator who sits precisely between brand strategy and raw visual execution—someone who can take a complex industrial concept and turn it into a distinct brand that commands attention.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
• Complete Brand Incarnation: Own the visual and narrative birth of the company from scratch. You will establish and deploy our core visual language, typography, color choices,



and tone of voice.
• Viral Consistency & Content: Architect and run a high-frequency digital content pipeline. You will be responsible for creating content that cuts through the noise, maintaining a distinct presence across X (Twitter), Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Community Architecture: Don’t just post for likes; build a tribe. You will design the communication loops and digital touchpoints that turn passive construction industry stakeholders and climate advocates into an active community.
• Asset Management: Direct the execution layer for all outward-facing assets. You will manage external multimedia creators, web developers, and printers to ensure our physical factory signage, digital interfaces, and investor pitch decks are visually flawless.
• Creative Autonomy: You will have 100% creative freedom to take contrarian bets. You will own the narrative canvas without middle-management bottlenecks or
