What you'll do

Be a founding BDR, partnering directly with sales leadership to build and scale repeatable outbound processes, messaging, and playbooks from the ground up
Strategize methods to penetrate targeted accounts
Outreach to multiple stakeholders within Cloudnuro's prospect accounts
Book qualified meetings for the sales team
Conduct high-volume prospecting to generate qualified selling opportunities through calls, emails, and social media
Providing a world-class prospect and customer experience through every interaction




Become an expert in articulating Cloudnuro's value to prospective customers
Keep meticulous records of interactions with leads in our CRM
Help to build scalable demand generation campaigns based on data to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements in our process
Engage with prospects using a combination of calls, email, LinkedIn and other innovative approaches

What we need

3-5 years of experience as an outbound BDR
A track record of high achievement
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
The ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, high-performing startup setting
