Qualifications

* Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA mandatory). Robust understanding of
financial reporting and compliance.

* Knowledge of retail finance operations.

Experience

* 8–10 years in finance controlling or accounting roles.

* Experience managing audits, compliance, and reporting.

* Leadership experience in managing finance teams preferred.

KPIs

* Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial reporting

* Track and control budget vs actual performance

* Strengthen internal controls across retail operations

* Ensure zero non-compliance or audit gaps

* Deliver timely financial insights to leadership

* Drive cost control and profitability improvement initiatives
