Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Development / Sales qualified to drive new client acquisition, build strong business relationships, and generate revenue .
The role involves prospecting, lead generation, engaging with decision-makers, pitching Talentiser's solutions, and converting opportunities into long-term client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end B2B business development and client acquisition .
- Identify and target startups, GCCs, enterprises, and growing businesses .




- Generate leads through LinkedIn, email, calls, networking, and outbound activities .
- Engage with Founders, CHROs, HR Heads, Business Heads, and TA Leaders .
- Pitch Talentiser's recruitment and executive search solutions.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline and convert leads into business.
- Build long-term client relationships and identify repeat business opportunities.
- Conduct client meetings and presentations as required.
- Maintain CRM records and consistently achieve monthly/quarterly targets .
