Estimation Engineer – Civil & Architectural Works
Location: Pune – Shivaji Nagar
Experience: 2–5 Years
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Industry: Civil Construction / Architecture / Projects
Government Client Experience: Preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed estimates, BOQs, and cost sheets for civil and architectural works.
Review architectural, structural, and construction drawings.
Perform quantity take-offs for civil, structural, finishing, and architectural works.
Prepare rate analysis for materials, labour, equipment, and subcontracting.
Prepare estimates and tender documents for government and private projects.
Analyze government tender documents, BOQs, specifications, and work requirements.
Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, contractors, vendors, and project teams.
Evaluate vendor/subcontractor quotations and negotiate rates.
Track project variations, additional works, and revised quantities.




Conduct site visits for quantity verification and project assessment.
Maintain estimation databases, rate analysis sheets, and project cost records.
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of civil construction and architectural works.
Excellent knowledge of BOQ preparation and quantity estimation.
Ability to read architectural and structural drawings.
Positive knowledge of construction materials and market rates.
Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.
Knowledge of government tendering and estimation processes is an advantage.
Strong analytical, numerical, and communication skills.
Preferred Candidate:
Candidates with experience working with Government Departments/PSUs/Government Clients will be preferred.
Immediate joiners will be given preference.
Candidates based in or willing to work in Pune are preferred.
