Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and submit accurate freight quotations for import/export (air & sea) Fo& Special Equipment & Out Gauge Cargo within set timelines.




Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, and overseas agents to negotiate competitive rates and secure space.
Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide end-to-end shipment updates.
Prepare and maintain rate sheets, cost sheets, and quotation records.
Ensure smooth execution of shipments from booking to final delivery.
Coordinate with operations and documentation teams to ensure all shipment documents are in order.
Resolve service issues or escalations promptly and maintain customer satisfaction.
Track shipments and proactively communicate delays or changes to clients.
Support the sales team with pricing inputs and market updates.
Maintain robust relationships with existing clients and assist in developing new business opportunities.
