We are looking for an experienced Quality Manager to oversee and strengthen our quality and regulatory compliance system for our DGCA CAR-147 (Basic) approved AME training organisation.

Key Responsibilities

* Maintain and monitor the organisation’s Quality System as per CAR-147 and approved MTOE
* Plan and conduct independent internal audits and compliance checks
* Monitor training, examination, assessment, instructor authorisation, records, facilities, and procedural compliance
* Raise findings, recommend corrective actions, and verify effective closure
* Monitor continued compliance with the approved MTOE and applicable DGCA requirements
* Identify recurring or systemic deficiencies and report them to management
* Maintain direct quality reporting and escalation to the Accountable Manager




* Support continuous improvement of training quality and regulatory standards

Desired Profile

* Strong knowledge of DGCA CAR-147, CAR-66 and MTOE requirements
* Relevant aviation maintenance / AME training experience
* Prior experience in Quality, Compliance, Audit, Training Organisation, MRO, or Continuing Airworthiness environment
* Solid documentation, auditing, analytical, and regulatory coordination skills
* Ability to independently identify gaps and drive corrective action

This is a quality and compliance leadership role with responsibility for maintaining regulatory standards and strengthening the overall training system.
