Role Description The Accounts and Finance Executive is a full-time, on-site role based at our corporate office in Viman Nagar. This position is responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities for our overseas production unit, including recording transactions, maintaining ledgers, and assisting in the preparation of financial statements and reports. The role involves handling GST-related compliance, supporting monthly and annual closing, and coordinating with internal teams and external auditors. The executive will monitor expenses,



support budgeting, and provide analytical insights to management for financial decision-making. Ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with relevant regulations is central to this role.
Qualifications

Solid knowledge of Finance and Financial Statements, with the ability to prepare, review, and interpret financial data.
Experience in Financial Reporting and compliance, including support for audits and statutory filings.
Hands-on experience with Goods and Services Tax (GST), including returns, reconciliation, and related documentation.
Demonstrated Analytical Skills to interpret financial information, identify variances, and support decision-making.
Proficiency with accounting software and MS Excel; familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage.
Educational background in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field (e.g., B.Com, M.Com, MBA in Finance).
