Job Role
We are looking for an experienced Sr. Executive, Assistant Manager/Manager HR with 1–5 years of experience to manage recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, performance management, and employee relations.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interactions.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Manage joining and onboarding processes.
Employee Management & Engagement
Handle employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, leave, and workplace concerns.
Maintain employee records and documentation.
Conduct employee engagement and team-building activities.
Support employee feedback and grievance-resolution processes.
HR Operations
Manage attendance,



leave records, and employee documentation.
Maintain HR databases, trackers, and reports.
Coordinate joining and exit formalities.
Support payroll-related activities and documentation.
Performance Management
Coordinate employee performance review processes.
Track employee KRAs and KPIs.
Support performance evaluation and improvement initiatives.
Identify employee training and development requirements.
HR Policies & Compliance
Support implementation of HR policies and processes.
Ensure proper maintenance of confidential employee information.
Assist in maintaining compliance with applicable HR and statutory requirements.
Prepare regular HR reports for management.
Required Skills
