Job Description
Role Overview:
Results-driven Site Reliability Engineer with experience in building and scaling observability solutions across cloud-native and data engineering platforms on AWS. Skilled in leveraging Dynatrace, Splunk, Datadog, and OpenTelemetry to implement proactive monitoring, define SLIs/SLOs, and enhance service reliability. Experienced in collaborating with developers, platform engineers, and business stakeholders to embed observability into the software delivery lifecycle and improve operational excellence. Proficient in automating infrastructure and monitoring deployments using Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, and AWS services,



while developing actionable dashboards, telemetry pipelines, and AIOps-driven solutions to improve system performance and customer experience.
Primary Responsibility:
Hands-on experience using Apache Spark for batch data processing.
Familiarity with AWS services such as Amazon S3, AWS Glue, AWS Lambda, AWS Step Functions, AWS Batch, and CloudWatch.
Experience working with structured and semi-structured data formats, including Parquet and JSON.
Experience across the full software development lifecycle and application lifecycle management tools such as Bitbucket and Jira.
· Collaborate with Business Units (BUs), Developers, and Platform Engineers to embed observability into the software delivery lifecycle and improve developer experience.
· Define and implement SLIs/SLOs and error budgets with Business Units to support reliability engineering and improve service health visibility.
