We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled SQL Server DBA / SQL Developer to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will have solid hands-on experience in Microsoft SQL Server, T-SQL, SSIS, SSRS, SSAS, and SSDT.
This role involves database administration, SQL development, ETL processes, report development, production support, troubleshooting, and supporting legacy .NET applications.
Key ResponsibilitiesDatabase Administration
Administer, monitor, and maintain Microsoft SQL Server databases across development, QA, and production environments.
Ensure database availability, performance, security, backup/restore, and maintenance.
Manage database users, roles, permissions, authentication, and security controls.
Support high availability and disaster recovery activities.
SQL Development & Performance Optimization
Develop and maintain T-SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, views, triggers, and CTEs.
Analyze and optimize slow-running queries and database workloads.
Perform indexing, query tuning, and performance optimization.




Troubleshoot data-related issues and database bottlenecks.
SSIS & ETL
Design, develop, maintain, and troubleshoot SSIS packages.
Monitor scheduled ETL processes and data integration jobs.
Investigate and resolve data load failures and data discrepancies.
Support data migration and integration activities.
SSRS Reporting
Design, develop, deploy, and maintain SSRS reports.
Create parameterized, tabular, matrix, drill-down, and drill-through reports as required.
Develop and optimize report datasets and queries.
Troubleshoot report performance, data issues, subscriptions, and scheduled report delivery.
Work with business and technical teams to understand reporting requirements.
SSAS Support
Support SSAS Multidimensional Cubes and/or Tabular Models.
Monitor processing jobs, data refreshes, and scheduled operations.
Troubleshoot issues related to data processing and availability.
SSDT & Database Deployment
Develop and maintain SSDT dat
