We are looking for a data-driven and customer-centric Retention Marketing Executive to build and manage our high-net-worth clienteling ecosystem. You will design personalized VIP communication flows, manage appointment-booking funnels, and nurture relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) across digital and offline channels.

The ideal candidate understands luxury client retention, personalized CRM strategies, and how to create white-glove post-visit and repeat purchase experiences.

Key Responsibilities

VIP Clienteling & Retention: Build and manage WhatsApp VIP Concierge flows,



appointment-booking funnels, and post-visit follow-up sequences tailored to high-net-worth clients.
CRM & Segmentation: Oversee Shopify/Klaviyo CRM lifecycle journeys, audience segmentation, and custom bridal pipeline tracking to maximize customer retention and lifetime value.
Brand Execution & Touchpoint Tracking: Observe customer touchpoints, track post-purchase behavior, and ensure communication aligns with the brand’s elevated tone.
Competitor & Market Intelligence: Track retention strategies, loyalty models, and VIP experiences across luxury fashion and heritage labels.

Qualifications & Experience

Experience: 2 or more years of experience in retention marketing, CRM management, or clienteling. Experience in luxury fashion, premium lifestyle, or high-end retail is preferred.
Technical Tooling: Direct proficiency with WhatsApp API platforms (Wati, Interakt, etc.), Shopify CRM, Klaviyo, and pipeli
