Role Description The MEP Project Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Mumbai, with hybrid role of managing from office and site. The individual will oversee end-to-end MEP project execution, including planning, coordination, and monitoring of HVAC , Fire and plumbing systems for building projects which is mechanical focussed. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing project schedules and budgets, reviewing and approving technical submittals, coordinating with design teams, contractors, and vendors,



and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. The role involves supervising installation activities on-site, resolving technical issues, tracking progress against milestones, and preparing regular project status reports. The MEP Project Manager will also support client communication, risk management, and continuous improvement in project delivery processes.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess robust Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) knowledge, including practical experience in plumbing systems.
Candidates should possess project management skills, including scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination.
Candidates should possess experience handling project documentation, including submittals, drawings, and technical reports.
Candidates should possess familiarity with relevant building codes, standards, and safety regulations associated with MEP works.
