Role Description The State Head – Telecom will oversee telecom-focused business operations within the assigned state, with primary responsibilities based in the Kolkata metropolitan area. This full-time, on-site role includes managing state-level sales activities, building and maintaining relationships with channel partners, and driving growth for telecom-related products and solutions. The State Head will lead and mentor local teams,



coordinate projects from planning to execution, and ensure alignment with company strategies and service standards. Daily tasks involve monitoring performance metrics, conducting market analysis, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and reporting progress to senior leadership.
