We’re Hiring | NBFC Business Development
I’m looking to connect with a strong Business Development professional who can help us grow our NBFC & Fintech business at Radiant Cash Management Services.
This is a hands-on business development role for someone who enjoys building relationships, opening new accounts and converting conversations into actual business.
What you’ll be doing
Identify and develop recent business opportunities across NBFCs, Fintechs and financial institutions
Build relationships with decision-makers across Business, Operations, Treasury, Finance and Network/Branch teams
Drive the complete sales cycle — from identifying the opportunity to closing and onboarding the mandate
Develop new accounts across segments such as Gold Loans, MFI, MSME, LAP, Consumer Finance and Vehicle Finance
Work on increasing the business/wallet share from existing NBFC relationships
Work closely with our internal Operations, Technology and Implementation teams to build the right solution for clients




Build a strong pipeline and consistently deliver against revenue and acquisition targets
Travel across markets when required to develop and close opportunities
Who would be a good fit?
I’m looking for someone with around 8–12 years of B2B/Enterprise Sales or Business Development experience, preferably from:
NBFC | Fintech | Banking | Cash Management | Payments | Financial Services
More importantly, you should have a good understanding of the NBFC ecosystem and strong relationships within the industry.
Experience with Gold Loan NBFCs, MFI, Digital Lending, MSME/LAP, Consumer Finance or Vehicle Finance would be an advantage.
You should be comfortable speaking with senior stakeholders, understanding their business problems, putting together a solution and, most importantly, closing the deal.
This is not a pure relationship-management role. It is a growth role, with clear ownership of new business and revenue.
