dedicated to delivering standard, patient-centric home healthcare services across India. Operating since 2017 in key metro and Tier-1 cities—including Kolkata, Varanasi, Lucknow, Bhubaneswar, Cuttack, and Hyderabad— BUURTZORG provides specialized Elderly Care, Post-Hospitalization Rehab Care, Palliative Care, Occupational/Physiotherapy, and Intensive Care Nursing directly at patients' homes through clinically trained nurses andcaregivers.

2. ROLE OVERVIEW
The Marketing Coordinator – B2B (Hyderabad) is a strategic market-expansion role responsible for establishing, nurturing, and growing B2B healthcare referral channels across Hyderabad's medical and corporate ecosystem. Moving beyond routine tele-sales, this role focuses on high-impact institution-level partnerships with multi-specialty hospitals, clinical specialists, corporate HRs, insurance partners, and Resident Welfare Associations (RWAs).

3. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES




B2B Channel & Referral Network Creation: Identify, map, and secure business tie-ups with multi-specialty
hospitals, local nursing homes, diagnostic centers, day-care clinics, and senior living facilities across Hyderabad.
Doctor & Clinician Engagement: Conduct regular structured field visits to primary care physicians, surgeons,discharge planners, and hospital case managers to embed BUURTZORG as the preferred home care partner upon patient discharge.
Corporate & Community Outreach: Drive B2B2C and institutional wellness tie-ups with corporate HR
departments, IT parks, and RWAs to organize community health drives and preventative home care programs.
Account Lifecycle Management: Manage the end-to-end B2B sales cycle—from prospecting and initial
presentation to contract/MOU signing, account onboarding, and sustained monthly referral generation.
Operations Alignment & SLA Assurance: Coordinate closely with the clinical and opera
