Role Description The Business Development Associate is a full time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. This role involves identifying and qualifying current business opportunities, conducting market and competitor research, and generating leads through various channels. The individual will prepare and deliver client-focused presentations, support proposal and pitch development, and collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align service offerings with client needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining a pipeline of prospects, managing client communication, scheduling and attending meetings, and contributing to revenue growth targets. The associate is expected to document interactions in CRM tools, provide regular performance reports, and represent Value4Brand’s services professionally in all external engagements.
Qualifications
Strong communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication with clients and internal teams.




Proficiency in lead generation and market research, with the ability to identify opportunities and analyze industry trends.
Effective presentation skills and experience creating and delivering impactful presentations.
Basic understanding of digital marketing services (e.g., SEO, social media, ORM, PPC) and interest in the digital branding space.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships, negotiate with stakeholders, and work towards sales targets.
Comfort with using CRM or sales management tools and MS Office or similar productivity software.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a cooperative mindset.
