Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Account Executive to join our Accounts & Finance team. The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day accounting activities, maintaining financial records, and supporting the senior accounts team in routine accounting and compliance-related work.

Key Responsibilities
- Handling day-to-day accounting entries including Receipt, Payment, Contra and Journal
- Sales and Purchase entries
- Preparation and maintenance of accounting vouchers
- Maintaining Tally / ERP records
- Bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation
- Handling routine banking transactions such as RTGS / NEFT
- Maintaining petty cash and cash book
- Downloading and maintaining bank statements
- Invoice checking and accounting
- Maintaining Accounts Payable and Receivable
- Basic knowledge of GST and TDS
- Basic understanding of PT / PF / ESIC




- Recording company expenses and credit card transactions
- Maintaining proper accounting records and supporting documents
- Assisting in monthly closing and preparation of basic reports
- Coordinating with the Senior Accountant and other departments for accounting-related matters
- Any other accounts-related work assigned by management candidate Requirements
- Good working knowledge of Tally / ERP and MS Excel
- Basic knowledge of GST, TDS and statutory compliances
- Valuable understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Should be responsible, organised and willing to learn
