Role Description
Shreni Shares Limited is seeking a Back Office Executive for a full-time, in office role located in Mumbai. The Back Office Executive will manage and execute daily back-office operations, maintain accurate records, support office operations, facilitate communication between departments,



and assist in finance-related activities. The candidate will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operational workflows and contribute to overall organizational efficiency.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Back Office Operations and general Office Operations practices
Strong interpersonal and Communication skills
Basic knowledge of Sales processes and strategies
Understanding of Finance and investment-related operations
Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask effectively
Proficiency in MS Office and business software tools
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field
Prior experience in financial services or stock markets is an added advantage
