Assistant Manager – Operations | Trivandrum
ECESIS Group is looking for an experienced and dynamic Assistant Manager – Operations to lead BPO operations, drive performance, and ensure client satisfaction.
Key Requirements:
5+ years of BPO experience
Minimum 3 years as a Team Lead
Mandatory client management experience
Non-Voice BPO operations experience
Experience managing 15–20 member teams
Mortgage industry experience is an added advantage
MBA / Post Graduation in Business Management
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day BPO operations and team performance
Lead, mentor, and develop Team Leaders and employees
Monitor KPIs, SLAs, quality, and compliance
Manage client communication and escalations
Drive process improvements and operational efficiency
Ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction
