Role Description The Human Resources Administrative Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata. This position is responsible for supporting daily HR operations, including maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment and onboarding, coordinating interviews, preparing HR documentation, and tracking attendance and leave. The role includes handling employee queries, supporting performance management processes, and assisting with HR policies and compliance. The specialist will also collaborate with management to promote positive employee relations,



coordinate HR-related communication, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth office and HR workflows.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess robust HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills, with experience in core HR processes and documentation.
Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with employees, management, and external stakeholders.
Candidates should possess experience in Employee Relations, including handling queries, resolving concerns, and supporting a positive work environment.
Relevant bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
