The Specialist – Consulting Change Management will independently own end‑to‑end
OCM workstreams for AI and digital transformation initiatives. You will partner
with clients to design and execute change strategies powered by AI insights,
manage stakeholder ecosystems, implement Digital Adoption Platforms, and mentor
junior consultants in emerging OCM practices.
