About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented GeM Executive to manage procurement opportunities through the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal, with a primary focus on defense and government projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying tenders, preparing bid documentation, ensuring compliance with procurement guidelines, and coordinating with cross-functional teams for successful bid submission and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

 Monitor and identify relevant GeM bids, government tenders, and defense procurement opportunities.
 Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, and commercial terms.
 Prepare and submit bids on the GeM portal within prescribed timelines.
 Coordinate with technical, business development, finance, legal, and operations teams to gather necessary inputs and documentation.
 Manage GeM product catalog creation, OEM authorization, product uploads, and catalog maintenance.
 Prepare bid documentation including compliance matrices, declarations, EMDs, bid security,



and supporting technical documents.
 Ensure complete compliance with GeM policies, government procurement guidelines, and defense procurement requirements.
 Participate in reverse auctions, bid clarifications, and commercial negotiations where applicable.
 Coordinate with customers and internal stakeholders for order acceptance, contract execution, invoicing, dispatch, and payment follow-up.
 Track tender amendments, corrigenda, bid status, purchase orders, and contract milestones.
 Maintain MIS reports of active tenders, bid submissions, success ratios, order values, and revenue pipeline.
 Liaise with government departments, defense organizations, PSUs, and procurement officials regarding ongoing bids and contracts.
 Support vendor registrations, certifications, and compliance documentation required for government procurement.
