As a fast-growing beauty startup, we're looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to help drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and brand awareness across our digital channels.

Responsibilities
Performance Marketing (Primary Responsibility)
Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns focused on driving sales and customer acquisition.
Monitor and improve key performance metrics including ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPM, CPC, and conversion rates.
Build and manage audience strategies including prospecting, retargeting,



and lookalike audiences.
Conduct A/B testing across creatives, audiences, placements, and campaign structures.
Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations to improve results.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives and messaging.
Manage advertising budgets efficiently to maximize return on investment.
Growth Marketing
Support customer retention initiatives through email marketing and lifecycle campaigns.
Work closely with the e-commerce team to improve website conversion rates and customer journeys.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging growth opportunities.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
Social Media & Influencer Marketing (Secondary Responsibility)
Coordinate social media posting schedules and content calendars.
