Key Responsibilities

Take ownership of projects from order handover through installation, commissioning, snag closure and final handover.
Simultaneously manage multiple projects and customer installations across locations.
Prepare execution plans, schedules, manpower and resource requirements.
Act as the single point of responsibility for customers during execution.
Lead and coordinate project executives, engineers, installation teams, vendors and contractors.
Maintain continuous communication with customers and keep them informed of progress.
Anticipate risks, identify bottlenecks and resolve issues before they become problems.
Handle unforeseen site, logistics, manpower and coordination challenges with speed and practical judgment.
Monitor timelines, quality, costs, documentation and customer satisfaction.
Provide regular project status reports and escalation updates to Management.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within agreed specifications and to the highest quality standards.
Conduct final inspections, snag closure and successful customer handover.

Strong at planning, coordination, negotiation and vendor management.

Comfortable working under pressure and managing demanding timelines.
Willing to travel extensively across India as project requirements demand.
