Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon, responsible for driving customer acquisition, revenue growth, and brand visibility for YANN.INDIA. This role includes identifying and engaging potential customers and corporate clients, managing sales pipelines, and conducting regular follow-ups to close deals.



The specialist will develop and execute marketing campaigns, support promotional activities, and collaborate with internal teams to refine messaging and offerings. Daily responsibilities also involve maintaining strong customer relationships, resolving service-related queries, and gathering market feedback to improve products and services. The role may include delivering training or presentations to partners and clients to enhance understanding of YANN’s mobility solutions.
Qualifications
Strong Communication skills, including transparent verbal and written communication and presentation abilities.
Demonstrated Customer Service skills, with a focus on building long-term, trust-based relationships.
Proven Sales skills in lead generation, negotiation, and deal closure within B2C or B2B environments.
Experience in Training or sales enablement, such as conducting product demos, onboarding sessions, or workshops.
