About the Role
We are looking for a confident, well-spoken and result-oriented Assistant Sales Manager to join our team. The person will be responsible for handling client conversations, generating new business opportunities, closing deals and ensuring execution through a small team of two.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the marketing industry, influencer marketing and agency business, along with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities for Ebullient Gaming India.
Connect with brands and clients to understand their marketing requirements.
Pitch relevant influencer marketing and digital marketing solutions to clients.
Manage client conversations, negotiations and deal closures.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Coordinate with the internal team to ensure client requirements are executed smoothly.




Guide and manage a team of two, ensuring tasks are assigned and completed on time.
Take ownership of the sales pipeline, follow-ups and revenue targets.
Understand market trends, competitor activity and the evolving influencer marketing landscape.
Work closely with the management team to develop new business opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
1–2 years of experience in sales/business development, preferably in an influencer marketing, digital marketing, advertising or media agency.
Good understanding of influencer marketing and brand collaborations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Robust client-facing and negotiation skills.
Confident personality with the ability to build relationships and communicate with senior client stakeholders.
Ability to manage a small team and get work executed effectively.
Strong ownership, follow-up and problem-solving skills.
