Code-X-Novas is a product- and service-based technology company building scalable digital solutions for startups and businesses across India and international markets.
We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our growing team and contribute to new client acquisition, lead generation, relationship management, and business growth.
About the Role
This is a part-time, paid remote role focused on identifying current business opportunities, generating qualified leads, building relationships with prospective clients, and supporting the conversion of prospects into clients.
You will work closely with our internal development, design, and business teams to understand client requirements, present relevant solutions, manage follow-ups, and contribute to growth initiatives across both our client services and in-house products.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and research potential clients and new business opportunities
Generate, qualify, and manage leads throughout the sales pipeline
Conduct professional outreach through email,



WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and calls
Understand client requirements and identify suitable Code-X-Novas solutions
Conduct presentations, virtual meetings, and product/service discussions
Prepare proposals and coordinate with internal teams for client requirements
Manage follow-ups and maintain strong professional relationships
Maintain accurate records of leads, pipelines, follow-ups, and conversions
Contribute to business development and growth strategies
Support client acquisition for both technology services and in-house products
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in (BBA,B.COM,MBA) Business, Marketing, Managementrelated field is preferred
Prior experience in Business Development, Sales, Lead Generation, or Account Management is preferred
Strong communication and presentation skills
Good understanding of new business development and sales strategy
Strong lead generation and relationship-
