Role Description The Articled Assistant (CA Inter qualified) will support the firm’s audit, taxation, accounting, and compliance engagements on a day-to-day basis. Typical responsibilities include assisting in statutory and tax audits, preparing working papers, supporting direct and indirect tax filings, and maintaining accurate books of accounts and documentation. The role also involves research on accounting standards and tax laws, preparing reports and summaries for seniors,



and coordinating with clients to collect information and clarify queries. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Bengaluru, where in-person office work is combined with some work-from-home flexibility as per engagement needs.
Qualifications

CA Inter qualified, with registration for articleship and a strong foundation in accounting, auditing, and taxation principles.
Knowledge of statutory audit procedures, internal controls, and documentation standards, with the ability to assist in audit planning and execution.
Understanding of direct and indirect tax laws, return preparation, and basic tax planning, including income tax and GST-related work.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office tools (especially Excel and Word), with accurate data entry and report-preparation skills.
Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to interpret financial information.
