1. Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager responsible for driving growth and achieving sales targets
across their designated geographic region for Industrial DIN Mount Power Supplies, Field Power Supplies,
and Inductive Wireless Charging Solutions. The role is highly strategic and operational, requiring active
management of sales processes, global key accounts, and a regional team while simultaneously engaging
with stakeholders to broaden our market presence and propel revenue growth.
The role requires a combination of technical understanding, consultative selling, relationship management
and business development skills.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development
o Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate assigned markets and exceed
quota.
o Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities within industrial and wireless
charging segments.
o Drive channel growth through the recruitment and management of distributors and
Manufacturer Representatives.
o Maintain detailed product and industry knowledge to eff ectively promote DIN mount, fi eld
power, and wireless charging solutions.
o Develop current business with OEMs, system integrators, machine builders, industrial
customers, and other strategic accounts.
Account Management
o Build and nurture strong relationships with key customers and decision-makers in
industries such as manufacturing, utilities, logistics, and process automation.
o Conduct joint sales calls, customer visits, technical discussions, and product presentations,
