SmartGrow Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE) Trainer to join our team in Hyderabad and help shape the next generation of engineers.
Expertise required:
- Sustainable Energy
- Power Electronics
- Electric Vehicles
- Internet of Things (IoT)
Key responsibilities:
- Design and deliver technical training programs across the domains listed above
- Mentor students and early-career engineers through hands-on, application-driven learning
- Develop curriculum, lab exercises, and assessments aligned with current industry practices
- Stay current with emerging technologies and integrate them into training content
Candidate profile:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical,
Electronics, or a related engineering discipline
- 1+ years of relevant industry or teaching experience
- Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in mentoring
- Practical exposure to at least two of the four focus areas
Location: Hyderabad
