Role Description The Center Head is a full time, on-site leadership role based at the Orane International center in Sadar. This role oversees overall center operations, including enrollment growth, revenue achievement, and service quality, while ensuring alignment with Orane’s standards and values.



Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising and motivating staff, monitoring training delivery, coordinating faculty schedules, and ensuring excellent learner experience from admission to placement. The Center Head will manage local marketing and outreach initiatives, build relationships with industry partners for internships and placements, and maintain compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements. The role also involves regular reporting on center performance, handling escalations, and driving continuous improvement in processes, infrastructure, and team performance.
