Technocraft Centre for Applied Artificial Intelligence (TCA2I) at IIT Bombay is looking for a Senior Project Assistant to join our team as the right hand to our Program Director.
Full time, in-person role | IIT Bombay campus
Key Responsibilities:
? Educational Initiatives & Program Coordination — End-to-end management of educational programs, from planning to execution and evaluation; primary liaison for instructors, participants, and partners
? Human Resources Management (team provided) — Onboarding/offboarding, attendance and leave tracking, grievance resolution, culture and engagement
? Financial & Budget Management (team provided) — Budget adherence, expense tracking, cost-saving recommendations, financial reporting




? Operations & Administrative Support — Support the Program Director on daily operations, process optimization, facility and vendor management
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience
Strong communication and presentation skills
Excellent soft skills and interpersonal ability
Liaisoning and stakeholder management experience
Sound organizational and management skills
Reports to: Program Director
