What You’ll Be Doing:
- Be the Anchor on Shoot Days: Travel with our photo/video crew, hype up the team, keep track of schedules, and make sure everything runs like clockwork
in office.
- Client Vibes & Communication: Talk to clients, understand what they need, make them feel comfortable, and help convert fresh inquiries into confirmed
bookings.
- Crew Coordination: Manage day-to-day shoot schedules, travel logistics, gear checklists, and post-production timelines so deliverables go out on time.
- Keep the Chaos Organized: Handle file handovers, project tracking,



and general studio coordination without breaking a sweat.
