Role Overview
The Business Development Executive role is a full-time in office position based in Noida. In this role, the individual will be responsible for generating sustainable revenue growth by identifying strategic opportunities within the corporate and commercial segments. The role requires strong market understanding, relationship management expertise. The role involves managing relationships with key accounts,



coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely project delivery, and gathering market insights to support sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, engage, qualify, and nurture potential corporate clients and key decision-makers through structured outbound efforts.
Execute structured follow-ups to move prospects through the sales pipeline
Coordinate meetings and presentations with prospective clients
Track and analyze pipeline performance, response rates, and conversion metrics
Prepare outreach reports and performance summaries for management review
Follow up on leads generated through events, references, and networking activities
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transition from lead generation to project discussion
Candidate Profile
2+ years of experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, or Sales Development
Hands-on experience in outbound prospecting
Strong written and verbal communic
