About The Role

Most travel companies sell trips. We sell the trip someone has been waiting their whole life to take.

Our customers are 55+. Many spent decades putting kids and parents first. When they call us, they're not browsing — they're booking the moment they stopped postponing. Your job is to hold that conversation with the patience and skill it deserves.

The Role

You'll close warm leads. No cold calling, no campaigns.

Start on weekend getaways, graduate to international (Bali, Bhutan, Dubai → eventually Japan, Europe) as you earn the trust-weight of bigger tickets.

Build trust on every call.
Understand and address the unsaid fears behind customer questions.
Maintain a clean CRM — every lead, note and follow-up logged.
Protect the brand — customer ratings count as much as closes.

You're a Fit If

1+ years of experience in inside sales, travel, EdTech, real estate or any closing-heavy role.
Fluent in English and Hindi.
A third Indian language is a real advantage.
Comfortable speaking with customers older than your parents.
Number-driven and highly focused on pipeline and conversions.

Who Should Apply
