About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Accounts Executive with strong accounting fundamentals and practical experience in day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have a CA background (CA Inter / CA Dropout / CA Pursuing) and hands-on experience with Zoho Books, along with good communication and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting entries and bookkeeping.
Handle purchase, sales, receipt, payment and journal entries.
Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
Prepare and review monthly financial reports.
Handle GST-related accounting and assist with GST return preparation.
Support TDS, Professional Tax and other statutory accounting requirements.
Maintain proper documentation and accounting records.
Coordinate with auditors, vendors, customers and internal teams.
Monitor outstanding receivables and payables.




Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
Identify accounting discrepancies and ensure timely corrections.
Maintain accounting records accurately in Zoho Books.
Support management with financial data and accounting reports.

Required Skills

Zoho Books – Mandatory
Strong knowledge of accounting principles.
Valuable understanding of GST, TDS and statutory compliance.
Experience in bank reconciliation and ledger scrutiny.
Good Excel skills.
Strong attention to detail and numerical ability.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.

Educational Qualification

B.Com / M.Com / equivalent qualification.
CA Inter / CA Dropout / CA Pursuing – Preferred.
Candidates with a strong CA background and practical accounting experience will be given preference.

Experience

2–5 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
