Role Summary:
We are seeking a Business Analyst (Analytics & Automation) to serve as the coordination layer between the Quality, Safety & Setting (QHSE) function and the Corporate Analytics & Automation team. The role focuses on requirement gathering, BI and Power App delivery coordination, and monthly reporting with analysis across the QHSE area, strengthening resilience, continuity, and a scalable, governed delivery model.

This is a functional role and does not involve people management or hands-on development. A working understanding of BI and Power Platform tools at a business-user level is sufficient — the focus is on requirements, coordination, and analysis rather than technical build. It requires strong ownership, domain understanding of Quality and Safety, attention to detail, effective stakeholder communication,



and the ability to actively participate in Agile delivery to reduce dependency on individual resources and ensure predictable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
Produce monthly BI-based reports with analysis across the QHSE area — including Quality Levels, Cost of Poor Quality (CoPQ), and Safety Data — for Operations Management, Key Account Management (KAM), and Projects.
Act as the interface for the development of BI reports in the QHSE area, translating stakeholder needs into clear requirements and user stories.
Act as the interface for the maintenance of BI reports in the QHSE area, coordinating issue resolution, enhancements, and continuity of existing Power BI reports.
Act as the interface for the development of Power Apps in the QHSE area, gathering requirements and coordinating build and rollout.
Act as the interface for the maintenance of Power Apps in the QHSE area, ensuring stability, issue resolution, and ongoing improvements.
