Support the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce business across the RPS website and online marketplaces. The role involves managing product uploads, inventory, order coordination, and assisting with daily merchandising and marketing activities. You will be managing the Shopify for 3 websites simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate with the warehouse to ensure timely order dispatch.
• Create and share line sheets with marketplaces and follow up on product uploads and banner updates.
• Update and maintain inventory across the website and marketplaces.
• Regularly check website inventory, product sequencing, and racking.
• Upload current products with the correct images, pricing, and product details.
• Update website banners and homepage sections as required.
• Prepare line sheets using the standard template.




• Maintain basic sales and inventory reports.
• Assist with Meta ads, email mailers, and WhatsApp marketing campaigns.
• Create product codes and support the team with day-to-day merchandising tasks.
• Assist the team with daily e-commerce operations and coordination.

Requirements
• 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce, merchandising, or a similar role.
• Basic knowledge of Shopify or any e-commerce platform is preferred.
• Comfortable working with Excel and Google Sheets.
• Good attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Able to coordinate with different teams and follow up on tasks.

Candidates based in or willing to work from Faridabad will be preferred.
