Ilios Power Pvt. Ltd. is a Solar EPC company engaged in the execution of utility-scale renewable energy projects. We are looking for experienced Site Engineers to join our 200 MW KUSUM Solar Project in Andhra Pradesh.
This is a site-execution role for professionals who have hands-on experience in utility-scale ground-mounted solar projects.

About the Role
We are hiring Site Engineers – Civil/Mechanical with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience exclusively in Solar EPC projects.
The selected candidates will be responsible for day-to-day site execution, contractor coordination, quality, productivity and timely completion of assigned civil or mechanical works.





Civil Site Execution
Supervise and execute piling and foundation works for utility-scale solar projects.
Manage civil works including MCR/ICR construction, roads, fencing, grading, leveling and associated site development works.
Ensure execution as per approved drawings, BOQ, specifications and method statements.
Monitor contractors, manpower, materials and equipment at site.
Check work quality, dimensions, levels and progress as per project requirements.
Coordinate with QA/QC and other site teams for inspections and clearances.
Prepare and maintain daily progress reports and required site documentation.
Identify site issues and coordinate for timely resolution.

Mechanical / MMS Site Execution
Supervise Module Mounting Structure (MMS) installation at utility-scale solar sites.
Execute and monitor PV module installation, alignment and related mechanical works.
Ensure proper alignment, leveling, tightening
